I come here somewhat regularly but not enough for every worker to know me. I always ask for the same strain and usually its fine (somewhat expensive for not the best quality but definitely good enough to keep coming), but it's happened to me 2 or 3 times that I suddenly got a bag of crap. This means that either the quality fluctuates or that there's a tourist policy (im not a tourist but like i said i dont come often enough to be well known by staff). Both are enough to come here and warn others.
